I recently stayed at this place and I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness, security, and quality of service provided at this venue.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The beds where comfortable in our room. Liked that they had onsite restaurant Kopi Haus, no need to go somewhere else. Thanks to their driver for the help. WiFi was available too

Safe and secure with nice grounds. 24 hour reception. Good pool and selection of dining. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms in the older part of the hotel are much bigger but due for renovation.

Nothing. The renovations seem to be going on forever but it is PNG and things move slowly.

Excellent service and staff! They really co-operated with my requests and made me feel welcome despite the noise level from other rooms. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and was also amazing! Best aspects: I had the best experience with the staff here. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. the hotel was in a great location close to many different attractions and restaurants. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the tropical fruits and delicious coffee.

Noise, unfortunately, was an issue. I could hear conversations and noise coming from the other rooms, which disturbed me quite often.

The location is great, being close to most business areas and near the mall with lots of restaurants. Our room was very comfortable with daily cleaning and fresh air. the staff were hospitable, friendly, and willing to help us with any request. the breakfast buffet had good options, and the gym was well-equipped. the hotel also has an ATM in the lobby and offers a reliable airport shuttle service.

The internet speed was slow, which could be inconvenient for business travelers needing to take care of urgent online business.

My partner and I had a lovely, romantic escape at this hotel. We enjoyed the beautiful balcony with a city view, perfect for a romantic evening. The hotel's location gave us easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the delicious meals offered at the hotel's cafe.

There were some downsides. The mattress was too firm, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
